The first in our new series of cooking classes with Chef Christine Keff.

Join seafood expert Chef Christine Keff for a class that really gets your seafood questions answered. The chef will cover fish freshness as well as buying, cutting and cooking. She'll also demonstrate some of her favorite recipes before you sit down to a fabulous three-course lunch with paired wine.

Classes begin at 10:30 am and are $55 per person which includes a three-course lunch with paired wine.
