At Flying Fish we’re all about breaking the rules…Join us as we explore some of our favorite red wine and seafood pairings. Pinot Noir and Thai Curry for example or Yellow Fin Tuna Braised in Tomato accompanied by Merlot.
We’ll also have some wonderful whites…just so you don’t think we’re completely rebellious.

Cooking Class—Seafood 101

Join seafood expert Chef Christine Keff for a class that really gets your seafood questions answered. Chris will cover fish freshness as well as buying cutting and cooking. She’ll also demonstrate some of her favorite recipes while you enjoy a fabulous three-course lunch with paired wine.
