Summer is the perfect time to entertain outdoors,join Chef Christine Keff as she guides you through the garden party season with recipes, beverage ideas and tips for your perfect party large or small. We’ll be making Ahi Tuna Poke Cones, Pork Belly Watermelon Salad and Whole Grilled Salmon.

We just opened a new little shop right next door to Flying Fish. On The Fly features a daily changing selecton of sandwiches, soups and salads. Scrumptious, pastries and cookies made in house daily… as well as a wide array of take-home meals for those nights when you want something delicious to eat On The Fly!

This just in! We are soooooo excited to see our architects first rendering of the new South Lake Union Flying Fish! It looks great doesn’t it?
Of course this isn’t the final FINAL layout, there will still be some changes, but we are getting closer to building every day. It is so exciting to see what Arellano Christofides our long time architects and friends will come up with next….Stay Tuned.
